This dress started life as a NWT black Gap dress, which I reverse tie dyed. I removed some of the black from the dress and replaced it with tie dye in an ombre effect of pink purple and blue on the bottom half of the dress, with wavy mandala-tie lines in black accenting the ombre rainbow. The top of the dress remains solid black.
